Rob Robertson
Founder & CEO
Rob has dedicated his career to successfully launching international consumer brand businesses in Mainland China and across the Asia zone. Fluent in Mandarin, Rob has worked professionally in the China for 13 out of the last 30 years. First as an import-export entrepreneur, then as a brand manager for P&G, then as marketing director for Clairol, then as general manager for L'Oréal's salon brand Matrix, then as the founder and CEO of Star Brands Asia, and finally most recently as the general manager of LVMH’s makeup brand Benefit Cosmetics, Rob has deep operational experience across all channels and all categories of beauty.
Jean Yin
COO
Jean has developed her financial acumen through a variety of assignments including acting as Divisional Controller for LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Division. Since then, she has cofounded and developed two jewelry brands whose primary sales channels are online.
Liyang Fang
Brand Manager
Passionate with beauty cosmetics industry, Liyang has rich experiences including product, sourcing and creating a new brand. Thanks to her successful path among L'Oreal, local company and startup, she has deep marketing insights and understands what matters for consumers. Now she leads the clean beauty category for SBA.
Maya Wang
Product Manager
Maya began as a Management Trainee with Benefit Cosmetics and was promoted to oversee Sephora business and Trade Marketing based on outstanding work on the Brand. She handles business development and is currently focused on the launch of MORPHE for SBA.

The company offers a full range of digital retail services and specializes in eCommerce consulting, IT development and channel operation. Backed by a talented team, D1M is now serving over 100 international and local brands including Dior, Cartier, Eve Lom, Gucci, Fresh, Guerlain, Kiehls, Makeup Forever, NARS, Philosophy, and more. With professional skills, insightful understanding and rich experience, D1M provides diversified omni-channel service for brands that want to succeed.
The Lian is a comprehensive ecommerce and market service provider with 450+ employees and over 1.2B rmb in GMV in 2017. The company has achieved recognition for outstanding work on brands such as Kose, Innisfree, Moroccanoil and Laline. The Lian works across essentially all major ecommerce platforms, building up from it’s early presence on Tmall. The company has been awarded a “Golden Partner” of Taobao for 6 years running, and in 2017, together with parent company Lily & Beauty, they are the #1 online distributor of Beauty products on Tmall in China. SBA partnered with Moroccanoil for the launch of their brand in China, and works with the company on the Reuzel brand across all ecommerce channels.
